Ranch Party (available September - June)

• Capacity: Up to 30 people ($14 per person extra over 30 with max. of 45)

• Cost: $350 for up to 30 people (includes children & adults)

• Duration: 3 hours (10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm)

• Includes: 10 pony ride tickets (70 lbs limit), reserved shelter with 4 picnic tables

Half of Large Barn Party (available November - April)

• Capacity: Up to 45 people ($14 per person extra over 45 with max. of 60)

• Cost: $600 for up to 45 people (includes children & adults)

• Duration: 4 hours (12pm - 4pm)

• Includes: 10 pony ride tickets included (70 lbs limit), reserved barn barn with 60" round tables and chairs​​

Entire Large Barn Party (available November - April)

• Capacity: Up to 60 people ($14 per person extra over 60 with max. of 100)

• Cost: $950 for up to 60 people (includes children & adults)

• Duration: 4 hours (12pm - 4pm)

• Includes: 15 pony ride tickets included (70 lbs limit), reserved barn barn with 60" round tables and chairs​​

Smaller Ranch Party (available September - June)

• Capacity: Up to 20 people  (20 COUNT IS FIRM - NO EXCEPTIONS incl. birthday family)

• Cost: $250 for up to 20ppl (includes children & adults)

• Duration: 3 hours (10am - 1pm or 2pm - 5pm)

• Includes: 5 pony ride tickets included (70 lbs limit), reserved shelter with 2 picnic tables

• Location: POND SHELTER 4 (Note: NOT directly by the playground)

 

Things to know:

• Reservation: We require a $100 non-refundable deposit, which will be applied to your balance

• Payment: Cash and debit/credit cards are accepted (a 4% merchant fee applies to card transactions)

• Rescheduling: Only for rain/inclement weather. NO exceptions!

• Food and Decorations: WE provide facility - YOU provide food, drinks & decorations (restrictions apply)

• Add a Unicorn Pony: $100 for a 30-minute prop photo session. Bring your camera; no riding permitted.

• Safety: We recommend closed-toe shoes for all guests

• You plan your party and the timing at your leisure.
